creepy, funy and fast pace, a verry fitting video for the song. good use of music video conventions s far as shoting and framing goes. The offesive and anarchic video is also well suited to the genre of music punk rock.
We like how the video is quite humorous which compliments the style of the music 'punk rock'. It is effective how you havent used the typical conentions of a music video and just filmed the band, you have done something interesting which keeps the audience attention. well done :)
This is a good music video. i like how you have used the camera as an audience point of view. e.g at 0:59 when the POV camera passes the clown on the bench, the camera stays on him as you pass drawing attention to him, but as he gets up and starts to chase the camera, there are shaky movements from a handheld cam, this makes the audience feel panicked because we cant focus on a single point, matching the style of music.
I like your ancillary tasks. you have kept a consistent colour scheme of black red and white all of whack could be associated with the dark conventions of a ' stalker'
Well done, the opening sequence is good and the use of effects used on the text is different showing your use of editing. I really like the pace of this music video and how you have successfully editied it to fit in time with each section. the use of different angles is really good. I really like this music video and like how you have thought about the time of day you have recorded as well. This looks like a real music video!
Good stuff - the opening is especially effective. The footsteps build up anticipation and the use of close up and lighting make the introduction of the clown character really dramatic. There is then a sense of a narrative as we follow the character around. The speeded-up sections are great and fit with the music. The whole piece has a lo-fi aesthetic really in keeping with the genre conventions.
